Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties or fees imposed at the destination must be paid by the consignee.
Clearance Delays: Customs regulations and clearance timeframes are entirely beyond our control.
Documentation: We will provide all necessary standard documents from our end. If local customs require additional paperwork, the consignee must provide it to clear the shipment.
Courier Mode: Free Gift shipments sent under Courier Mode are permitted with a maximum declared value of INR 25,000 per shipment, in accordance with Indian Customs regulations. Please note that some destination countries may have lower value limits based on their local customs regulations. However, from India, the maximum value that can be declared and shipped as a gift is INR 25,000.
